Dr. Begley performs a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery, including extractions, bone grafting, facial trauma repair, and surgical collaboration with referring dentists. While many surgeons offer All-on-Four dental implants, Dr. Begley is one of the few in New Jersey trained to place zygomatic implants, which provide a stable, long-term solution for patients with significant bone loss.

Dr. Begley earned his dental degree from the University of Pennsylvania and completed his oral surgery residency at Rutgers and Temple Universities, where he remains on staff as an Assistant Professor. His passion for continuous growth is evident in his involvement with Spear Study Club and the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (AAOMS), where he regularly attends national courses and seminars.
